ESS-Electronic Switching Systems

We design and manufacture electronic systems to control various machines and appliances in many industries. Electronic circuits are made to fulfill corresponding electrical safety and electromagnetic compatibility standards. They are conceived for continuous operation in harsh environmental conditions. Upon request we deliver these systems in junction boxes to be wall-mounted or in DIN rail boxes for electrical distribution cabinets.

Systems for piezoelectric switches and panels

These electronic circuits are used to connect piezoelectric switches and panels, to detect their activation and LED indication. Different operation modes and switch-off time could be set on the DIP switches populated on the printed circuit boards. Output relays together with safety isolating transformers  provide sufficient electrical insulation of live circuit parts and SELV circuits. Systems can be equipped with remote controls and central reset circuitry.

Systems to measure and control liquid level

We manufacture electronic systems to detect and control liquid level by means of submersible probes measuring electrical liquid conductivity or systems with hydrostatic pressure probes. Level controllers are used to measure and regulate liquid level for households and industrial applications. Stainless steel probes (4-20mA) are used to measure hydrostatic pressure. The whole system can be set up and callibrated just by one control knob.  Current liquid level and other parameters are shown on built-in display. WLC-03 controller consists of three independent potential-free double-throw relay contacts (change-over), which react on individually set level and hysteresis parameters. System is equipped with an alarm output with a normal open potential-free contact and with an option to limit the length of the corresponding output activation (0-250 min).

Systems to measure and control temperature

We manufacture customized thermostats with the front panel temperature scales or with LCD display. The temperature controllers can be delivered in junction boxes to be wall-mounted or in DIN rail boxes. DTH-02 LCD controller function as two independent control systems, that can operate in several different modes like heating, cooling, solar heating etc. All parameters could be set up just by single control knob. Digital temperature sensors are employed for temperature sensing and could be installed in a distance of up to 200 meters away  from the controller. System is equipped with an alarm output with a normal open potential-free contact and with an option to limit the length of the corresponding output activation (0-250 min).
